Weil Gotshal, 95-Year-Old Law Powerhouse, Will Dissolve After Partner Exodus
Weil Gotshal & Manges, the New York firm of 1,200 lawyers, announced Wednesday it is shutting down after a wave of partner departures. Restructuring adviser AlixPartners will steer the dissolution of the 95-year-old practice.
