US Judge Orders Trump to Sit for Deposition by Dec. 11 in $10bn BBC Lawsuit
A federal magistrate judge in Florida ordered President Trump to sit for a deposition in his $10 billion defamation lawsuit against the BBC by Dec. 11 or face penalties including dismissal, after the BBC said his Oct. 16 no-show was for a rally and a fundraiser.
