Trump-Appointed CDC Deputy Director Shuford to Resign Next Month
Dr. Jennifer Shuford, the CDC deputy director and chief medical officer appointed by President Trump in April, will leave the agency Nov. 12, the latest departure in a cycle of leadership turnover at the agency.
