Appeals Court Dismisses Justice Dept Bid Over California Mail Ballots
The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the Trump administration’s emergency appeal on Monday, declining to force California to set aside mail ballots associated with more than 20,000 people the government suspects are noncitizens.
