Judge Rules Maurene Comey Was Unlawfully Fired as Federal Prosecutor
A federal judge ruled Monday that Maurene Comey, a decade-long assistant US attorney in Manhattan and daughter of former FBI Director James Comey, was unlawfully fired in July 2025, ordering retroactive reinstatement and back pay.
